You damn well know that a successful black doctor, lawyer, proffessor living in the hood would not let his or her child go to an elementary school that has no library, they would not let their kids go to a school where the teachers aren't serious....Ya know? So thats a problem....
However on the flip side, a lot of people don't want to live in the hood. No one wants to be around that problems that arise there so it's understandable for people to move out.
