i spent 400 on my whole system, deck, sub, installation cables, installation, amp.

kicker L5 900 watts, 450 rms, they hit.. with a lightning audio amp, 750 watts, i had a sony deck but sold it and got an eclipse one, that 10" kicker is enough power for me tho.. shit hits.

I agree that that's what it seems like, but this is the same amp that's been pushing these subs for about a year. Then, once these wires, or coils, or whatever got ripped (blown, whatever), this happens.

I need at least 2 12's...lol. That's what I have now, and I'm looking to get new subs. I got a baby on the way, so I'm not looking to spend too much, but I need some good quality, too. Sounds like an oxymoron...

yall are sayin 400 altogether? thats gonna cover the speakers in my trunk, in the backseats, front seats and all? cuz some of these kits..atleast the pics..have two speakers? i have two speakers in the front of my car let alone the back, yknow...like a regular car...two speakers aint gonna cover it all..i dont think

and whats the best bet for an fm transmitter/ipod player in the car? cuz my shit only works when th fm station has a great signal. i just want that shit to play clear.

maybe i dont even need speakers and i need some sort of amp?

get a deck with auxilary input. Its just a stereo plug on each end of a cable. One goes into the deck, the other into your ipod/mp3 player. It was 400 for just for my deck, subwoofer, amp , installation, and cables.

First things first...the free stuff. I have an old chipped beat up kicker zr360 amp. I don't have the end caps or the logo...and I'm not even sure if it works (I'm pretty sure it does), but if you want to come pick it up...IT'S YOURS...FREE! Here are the specs for the amp.

I also have old pair of 12 inch Kicker Comps (400-450 watts rms...I think)...that are still in old test boxes that I built for them.

These are probably 10 years old...when kicker made some good stuff. If you want them, they are FREE if you come pick them up and you take the boxes with 'em. Each sub is in it's own box.

I rocked these hard back in the day! Don't expect brand new stuff with either of the above...but I'm pretty sure these things work...and if they don't? They were FREE...you may get some OK stuff and only have to spend gas money to my house and back.

A pair of old, but NEW Rainbow SLC 265 component speakers...I don't have a link, but if you do a search for these, you can see what their about. I shouldn't have to tell you about Rainbow's though.....

Sup Gimpypimp,

My system shit has been put on hold for a LONG while since I have a kid on the way. Its not about my wants anymore its about the kids needs. So the money is going for that. I cant tell you how it sucks but it didnt feel wrong to return the stereo i bought. Anyhow whats up?

Yeah…I would ship it out to whoever wanted it, but I don’t have anything to ship it in…and I don’t feel like buying the box and stuffing for it. Plus the shipping costs.

What up x-raided!

I feel you…my son was born on 5/30. Fortunately for me…I have my stuff installed already. All of this is extra that I was going to use to play around with…but I just don’t need it anymore.

I need the space…so…people out there are going to luck out!

If you want the amp or the subs just let me know…save the money and install it yourself…..
