I thought I should share my recent
www.sonicelectronix.com problems. This site used to be good but I dont think I am recommending them to anyone else after all the shit they have put me through trying to return my products cause of my child on the way. Here is the actual posts I made on there support site. Yes i had to do it online cause there RMA department works from 9am to 1:30pm. I later found out they actually work till 5p but 1:30p is when the phones turn off. Also 9am open is a crock of shit cause I called and got a busy signal till about 10:15AM. There busy signal means the phones are off. Anyhow here ya go.

It shows you guys received this item this morning. I am wondering when a
check is mailed out to me for my refund? I was also told I would be getting
a refund for RMA-8318 which was originally a replacement issue until I
decided for a refund. Please let me know.

Thank you adiem for helping me. I was told 1:00p or 1:30p someone would
call for my RMA. Its now 2PM and no one has called yet. What is going
on?

have processed your return and applied the appropriate credit to your

nevermind I found it but I am a little confused. I see a credit of
$519.87 but with everything returned it should be more like $723.29.
You guys are leaving off the other amp that got moved to a seperate
order I think. Although I requested two RMAs and this one was given for
both requests. order 210737 and order 208878 should both be credited
back to me as you have all of the products back. The sub box was sent
first as an exchange but then was requested a refund. Then i send back
the cap, the two amps and the dynamat. which brings the total up to
723.29.
