At first I didn't think Manny was really on PED's, now he's willing to accept the 14 day cut off, then gets admitted to the hospital? I'm scratching my head now...
I guess my posts are invisible to certain people because I've dropped facts several times stating Pacquiao's stomach problems go back years, he has acid reflux, which is common. Up to 40 million americans have it. Google search and you'll find pacquiao have acid reflux from years ago. This is nothing new he's always had it.

IF SO THEN I HOPE HE GETS BETTER..I Was reading on the ring the boxing magazine online and u can take steroids up to two weeks and still hide it..ima see if i can find that article
You could but what would be the point?

Pacquiao's training camp is 8 weeks. During this 8 weeks is the lifting weights, heavy/intense work outs, sparring etc.

The final 10 days or more of his camp is the cool down period - meaning no heavy lifting, only light training like jogging, no sparring, etc.

So it would be pretty useless to juice during the cool down period. Further he would still be subject to give an unlimited amount of urine tests during the final 14 days. The most critical time is the beginning and middle of training camp - that's when you want the testing to be done. Not the cool down period. Further they test directly after teh fight in the locker room (urine and blood).

I haven't really been keeping up on the Pacquiao-Mayweather saga; did Floyd really back out of the fight? Haha. Say it ain't so...

All I remember hearing about was how Mosley was and old ass man. Which is probably how/why he took that "beating".

^^Nothing official but there is this video from yesterday or the day before he's with a cancer patient (make a wish foundation) and he's being interviewed and he says he's probably going to take another year or two off before fighting again.

I take everything floyd says with a grain of salt so I'm not putting much stock into it. He would be a fool to back out of the pacquiao fight (since it's a winnable fight for him and he could get $50+ million).

Cowboys Stadium losing out on bout

It appears a mega welterweight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather won't happen at Cowboys Stadium.

Promoter Bob Arum said there is a strong desire from the Las Vegas casinos to bring the highly anticipated bout to the MGM Grand.

"The key element, if the fight happens, we're finding out now is that Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas is Frank Sinatra times a hundred," Arum said Friday afternoon at Yankee Stadium for a weigh-in for Saturday night's Miguel Cotto-Yuri Foreman fight. "They all are licking their chops for Manny Pacquiao, especially against Floyd Mayweather, because nobody else can bring in the highest of the high-rollers. The MGM or Steve Wynn will put up a number over or above the best gate."

A proposed bout between the two broke down on a disagreement over blood testing earlier this year.

Pacquiao fought Joshua Clottey at Cowboys Stadium in front of over 50,000 fans in March. Mayweather took on Shane Mosley in Las Vegas last month.

A few weeks ago, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he would like the fight to take place in Arlington, Texas, and kept two dates in November available.

But the draw from Vegas might be too much to resist for Arum.

Promoters for the bout are not discussing details on negotiations. However, Arum said Pacquiao is willing to have blood tests within 14 days of the fight, a change from the first time when he wanted his last tests done almost a month before a proposed fight.

Cowboys officials were unavailable for comment.

With that logic you just presented about the "cool down period", I think he is using PEDs. Or he was using PEDs when the first negotiations took place with the 24 day cut off. If he cleans his system 14 days before the fight during the, "cool down period" then him taking the test after the fight is useless (right/wrong?). He declined a 14 day cut off when it was presented to him the in the first negotiations he looks very suspicious in accepting it now. What elements have changed for him to now agree to the stipulation? With that asked and said, I think Floyd can pressure him into taking the blood test all the way up to the fight.
