Black folks are profiled at young ages. Police gladly take us to jail at the ages of 12 and younger to help give us a criminal record. That was part of the plan! If a black man raped a white woman like Marv Albert did, I guarantee you wouldn't see him on TV any more unless it was something negative. Look at OJ, he was found innocent and still gets treated WAY WORSE than Marv Albert who was convicted but only paid fines, and stayed out of trouble for one year to get his job back on TV. Times have changed, everyone gets educated if they want it. Education & talent are what allow a person to excel in this world… unless of course you’re a candidate for affirmative action, in which case you get the job because of the color of your skin… when it should be best man for the job. Everyone still don't get treated equally though. Affirmative action was created to stop whites from only hiring other white MEN. That law was to help every race and both sexes.
