i would appreciate it if you could direct me to the page that contains your question. as far as i knew i answered every question you asked. can you please show me the post? thanks a million.
I can't seem to find the post, it must have gotten deleted. I brought up 2 issues in the post. 1. How you guys can justify people such as Chris Rock when they make a mockery of white people on their shows, or Bonzi Wells making racist comments towards and spitting on white people. There are black people in the public eye showing disrespect to an entire race that they are trying to reason with. Then Rock is going to bring Jesse Jackson on his show and talk about problems.. Hahahaha. 2. Much like I have been saying before, many of the problems are within the African American community as opposed to those caused by the cultures surrounding it. Having said that, what do you have to say about rappers and drug dealers teaching their own a misleading and troublesome life. Now it is to my understanding that, rappers now-a-days are contributing to the delinquency of young African American's more then any other source of negetvity, yet the focus is still on what white america has and is doing to you. Not that the focus needs to be taken away from it, rather we need to start looking inside, and not so much out, hopefully you can catch my drift.

Now, im not sure if I made the post to everyone, or just Tenk, but I believe I asked him the question, but I would love to hear what everyone has to say. To prove the post was made, here is what Tenk directly replied with..

I remember deleting one post. I had made a long one talking about many things, then 3-4 other replies came towards something else, so I copy and paisted the thread, deleted it so I can repost and put it on top, only to realize that Tenk had in fact replied to it already (which is where that post came from) so I didn't repost it, although I wish I had. Not that any of this matters, but I feel like I need to let you guys nkow why the post might not be here, its the only explanation I can think of.

I guess I was answering the other ones and never had a chance to pick it up. But this isn't a very hard question to answer. Matter of fact from breezing through the archives I can see that I've made mentions of these problems....

I've mentioned that a lot of rap music is not good for the young generation. The perecentage of blacks kids being parented by the TV and Radio is great, and on the radio we hear songs like "Magic Stick" and Thug Lovin type of content. This is not good for the kids, because bad parenting mixed with the music will equal problems.

Secondly, Rappers are powerful in the black community. What they say, and what they do will move a generation of black folks. If more rappers rapped about investing money or bragging about how many grocery stores they own other black folks will follow.

Me myself I don't listen to a lot of rap music, matter of fact the only time I listen to rap is when I pop Quiks Rhythm-al-lism while i'm on the treadmill. For the most part I'm all soul music, past and present.

All I know is that if I was to own BET or a black entertainment channel, you will not see naked women running around the screen, or rappers talking about blowing each other up unless we interview them on what there talking about before the song comes on. Like "What are you rapping about?" and they give a response on why they said that, why it's wrong, what needs to be done etc.

Anyways when I listen to some rap music, it also motivates me to want to do something in the future. When you hear a rapper talking about selling crack when they were 13 you damn well know that there is a 13 yr old kid in his same hood thats selling rocks.

So I see it as a motivation to want to do something....

As far as segregation I don't even know what you said, segregating how? Atleast tell me the page where you said you were talking about blacks segregating themselves..
I addressed it all ready, I guess you missed it...

No I didn't miss it, and although you hardly touched basis with 2 and not at all with 1, the first quote in the post should give sufficient reasoning for it's presence. HERSEY made a remark to me about when and where I asked the questions.

I don't think there's a black person in here that will deny that that we have a problem within the black community, thats what a lot of us have been talking about. However we can't deny that there's a lot of problems outside of Black America. There are numerous stats showing discrimination towards blacks on all kind of levels, whether it's from jobs, to healthcare, to loans for starting a business etc. The problems are not just black problems, I've posted articles about blackwallstreet, we've talked about black businesses being bombed, we talked about slavery and it's affect. It's not just black culture but the culture that surrounds us is what is playing apart in black problems.

Your going to have to clarify some more because I answered the question about rappers and there contribution to the destruction of black people. What more do you want us to say about it? It's true, I don't think anyone denies that... There's good dialogue between Heresy and Xianex talking about that shit...

Them shoes were played out came back and were played out again and now they supposed to be back for the 3rd or 4th time, please. Anyways, remember those St Ides commercials every rapper was doin back in the days? They damn sure had me stealin the fuck outta 40s back when I first started drinkin in like 92. Corporate America got hip to the game and now exploit any rapper they can to sell all kinds of useless overpriced shit.

LOL!! It's a dating service for the light skinned people in the black community. We're still dividing ourselves...Suprised? NOPE

It's definitly been the buzz of a lot of black message boards. I can not go to a black message board without seeing the topic about this dating service.
