well im a little on the heavy side im 5'9 weighing 240 im trying to get down to 210 maybe 200 if possible...now i drink,smoke cigs,drink soda,and i usually eat alot at night,i dont work out......so basically im in bad shape....if i cut any of these out will i see a difference
stop smoking. drink water instead of soda. fuck jiuce, most of it's not real and has tons of high fructose corn syrup which DOES NOT register in your body....so you can keep consuming sugar and your body won't realize it until you're bouncin off the walls....

DO NOT eat passed 9pm at night. Especially DO NOT eat before bed...it's bad for losing weight, and it's bad for digestion.

you don't need to work out per say. just WALK to the store or some shti....instead of driving...just walk if it's reasonable distance....

cut out fast food...or eat salads from them places....use HALF the dressing....

dont' eat the beef cause it's shit....well, anything besides the salad is shit to be honest...and that's going pretty far sayin teh salad isn't shit too.

i bet money if you do ALL of that...you'll be UNDER 200LBS in 2-3 months.....

the othe rthing...don't expect it to be quick.....if it is, keep it up and don't start eating shit again.

I'm 5'9" and weigh around 210, I lost like 15 lbs just from quitting soda alone, took about a month, I cut fast food to like once a week and lost a few more lbs, but I started eating it again, so oh well. Cut out the fast food and soda, and just get up and out of the house more often youll lose 20 lbs no problem.

All you need is Muscle Milk and some Alive! Vitamin Supplements. If you're body building and need more protein, then Whey Protein will do the job. Until then, stick with a more carb diet for the energy and use it to burn fat.

you don't know what you're talkin about whey is primarily for postworkout... because it digests quicker... muscle milk is casein protein, which is more of a meal replacement... anytime during the time (besides PWO) and at night before bed... (but if you're really trying to lose weight might wanna cut that one out...) you can be dieting and on muscle milk... but might wanna use muscle milk light to stay even leaner

they're both really for building muscle... to say whey is for fat people and muscle milk is for skinny people is dumb

Have you personally confirmed this?

I've helped someone who was overweight by getting them that daily 32g of protein. Muscle milk helped them lose weight. It's not really that anabolic, it just gets the protein you need. Whey Protein will help you put on fat if you're overweight.

Contrary to popular belief, you should stick to protein in the day, and carbs at night.

Read up on the Circadian cycle and how it affects your energy. In the day time when you're outside you get more serotonin, and at night melatonin kicks and makes you tired. You need carbs at night to keep the high energy from the day.

Edit:

I misread what you said, you're right. It should be moderate, people try to cut out their carbs, and that's wrong.

If someone is trying to lose weight, than he should have more carbs compared to if he were just trying to build muscle.

naw i never been a skinny dude im 5'11 when i started drinking that shit i was at 220 went up to 235 and i was drinking the "muscle milk light" and still put on crazy weight and it wasnt muscle it was fat and my cardio was crazy everyday running for 25-45 minutes on top of intense weight training like i said go into any gnc and they'll tell you its for skinny people that want to put on weight i wasted 2 months messing with that shit...

yall should fuck with Pro Complex Whey Protein and that shit is hella good! Most protein supplements I took had a medicine taste to it but chocolate and rocky road actually taste like a real milkshake. 55g of protein per serving also.
