haha yea i wouldnt take those either homie my boy fatboy drinks, smokes, eats burgers everyday and does hella coke on a daily he tried that shit and he said his heart starting beating crazy and his feet got sweaty so yea hit up 24 fitness, fuck with some protein shakes cuz they fill u up real fast and check out some hot milfs and putas while working out... NO HOMO.

yep im just going to start out by walking 30mins a day and drink alot of water....i use to be like 210 before i went to culinary school

i gots the same problem in 05 i dropped from 210 to 187.......I used to eat a small breakfast, used to skip lunch, run on the treadmill for a few miles then play a pickup game, for dinner I would eat chicken, a salad, and lots of water during the day.....than I left school and I ballooned up to 210 again. too much soda, too much fast food, and too much greasy food. after a few years of heavy drinking I got up to 255. so I quit drinking, I just now quit drinking soda and I've cut out 10lbs so far. I just got surgery on my foot a couple weeks ago so after my foot heels up I will up the cardio. it's hard but once you get about a month into your routine it's easy, mind over food...remember that.

Alright, I didn't read any of these "plans" people have posted. But here is how you do it.

Get really fucking high.. and when you get the munchies... Don't eat. Then repeat the next day. And your normal appetite will be thrown off, and you won't eat as much. Done.

If you have to rely on weed for help, then you'll never really build control over yourself. You'll probably just end up relapsing in the bad habits again.

yeah drinking a can of soda is like drinking a cup of sugar. im actually the fattest ive ever been in my life right now but im hella tall so i can kinda play it off. if i wear baggy clothes you can't tell im fat. im gonna have to start working out though and eating better. i think my main problem is i drink hella beer. i think i need to lose like 10-15 pounds.

theres something better out there, it's called ARSON by Muscle Asylum Project.. helps burn fat not water weight. I got it for cheap 30 bucks.. its now like $50

All you need is Muscle Milk and some Alive! Vitamin Supplements. If you're body building and need more protein, then Whey Protein will do the job. Until then, stick with a more carb diet for the energy and use it to burn fat.
