i gots the same problem in 05 i dropped from 210 to 187.......I used to eat a small breakfast, used to skip lunch, run on the treadmill for a few miles then play a pickup game, for dinner I would eat chicken, a salad, and lots of water during the day.....than I left school and I ballooned up to 210 again. too much soda, too much fast food, and too much greasy food. after a few years of heavy drinking I got up to 255. so I quit drinking, I just now quit drinking soda and I've cut out 10lbs so far. I just got surgery on my foot a couple weeks ago so after my foot heels up I will up the cardio. it's hard but once you get about a month into your routine it's easy, mind over food...remember that.
