Lots of water , no soda , eat healthy and do atleast 20 minutes of cardio and also another 20 minutes of weight lifting !
youll cut down weight quick .


even replace some meals with muscle milk if thats something you would consider .

1st things 1st, cut out ALL soda & ALL fast food.
& run or hit the bike 3 times a week for 10 miles a pop.

you will be in shape in 6 weeks.
there is no way you can go from drinking a 12 pack a day, smoking, and eating like shit and just start running 10 miles at a time. you gotta realize losing weight takes time, give yourself small goals like 5lbs at a time.

i dont live in vegas bro..i work at the hooters in bakersfield......and actually i only ate the wings there once in the last 2 months i been working there....but yea i cut out soda bout a month ago..i drink a shitload of water at work though and all day at home...
