He KNEW Pacquiao wouldn't agree to blood tests so close to a fight because of an interview from 2005 (!) in which he (Pac) stated he felt weak after drawing blood the day before the Morales fight. Floyd is a pussy, but he is no idiot. He saw that interview, just like the rest of us, and found a way to avoid losing to Pacquiao by demanding something he knew Pacquiao wouldn't want to do based on that interview - in order to make those demands, he had to come up with some bullshit accusations. People like yourself fell for his bullshit smoke screen while he pulled a disappearing act and continues to hide from Pacquiao to this day.
