don't know if you guys gonna keep both volek and that dude but if you guys don't I think niners should pick that dude up...

Yeah that dude is fucking dope. Undrafted rookie who made an impression his first day of training camp. Going to be a hard decision to keep him on the roster or put him on the practice squad but they're saying if they do end up putting him on there, some team will sign him for sure. Dude should be a 2nd stringer somewhere. Hope we keep him.

They picked up Na'il Diggs after the Rams cut him, cut Seyi Ajirotutu (which fucking sucks), and cut Scott Tolzien. But we kept 5 safeties. I think we should have cut CJ Wallace and kept Tutu. I know that's a lot of WR's but shit, Tutu is dope. Hopefully nobody picks him up and we can sign him to the practice squad. Overall, I like our roster and glad we kept both Goodman and Walters.

EDIT: Damn, guess Ajirotutu isn't eligible for the practice squad. Means he's gone.

yeah thats when you know youve got serious depth in receiving when a guy like tutu gets cut. i liked him. oh well...think he went to the jags...best of luck.

offensively i dont think theres a better team in the nfl than the chargers

and apparently sanders and spikes have come in and changed the mentality and culture of the defensive core

cant wait for sunday

Tutu was signed by Carolina, Ron Rivera jumped all over that oppurtunity....Tutu was a victim of injury, he missed tons of time in camp. Goodman and Walters stepped it up and took his spot. Walters reminds me of Wes Welker, i dont think the chargers wanted to make the same mistake twice after they cut Walker a few years back.....

Exactly. I'm really excited to see Goodman as the KR, he is explosive and definitely see him taking one, if not more, to the house this year. Also, they say he reminds them of Kassim Osgood on kickoff coverage.

Tolzien went to the 9ers too. He might end up taking over for Alex Smith lol.

Sunday is almost here! I'm a little worried about our run defense facing AP, but I think our D just needs some time to gel with the new players and new DC. I also think RIvers is gonna have a field day on the Vikings secondary.

Yup, our run defense is suspect. That's why division games this year are going to be tough again, even with our Special Teams problems fixed and no injuries (yet), the Chiefs and Raiders can run the hell out of the ball. Guess we'll find out on Sunday how much of an impact Spikes and Sanders will make.

Obviously our offense is loaded and can put up points with anybody, so that's definitely comforting.
