Mathews was Hurt all of last season, he played with a high ankle sprain. Those injuries linger..statistically, his rookie season was comparable to Lt's. LT ben had some fumbling issues his rookie season. Also keep in mind that our best o line man (Mcniel) was out last night. We usually run his way

I agree with you on that, I just thought we were a little thin on depth at ILB. Apparently, Cooper is going to back up Donald Butler. So with that, Cooper as a back up and another veteran leader, who is loved in the locker room, can only be a good thing.

I still think he's valuable, but he has already lost a step. But in a good offense, like the Chargers and Saints, he fits right in. He'll have a good year.

I like our rookie RB Jordan Todman. Kind of Sproles' replacement. Loved it when we drafted him and he looked real good in the pre-season opener.

That's true, but there are things that you learn about your team in the pre-season. The Chargers' first string team definitely looked better than the Cowboy's 1st team. The end of the games don't mean shit because it's all 3rd stringers and half of them will end up getting cut.

Picked up Antonio Gates and Ryan Mathews in my money league..I had mathews last year and he didnt really pan out the way i thought he would..That injury really slowed his process....I have alot of faith in Mathews he is talented as shit...

He did bust out in the last game agianst denver tho..Finished the season strong and hopefully will pick up where he left off....

Gates is Gates....Im juiced i have him this year...

Thing that sucks about Gates, is he still has that nagging injury. He's gonna be good to go on opening day, just hoping he plays all 17 games this year. If so, he's gonna get you some fantasy points for sure.
