Mosley is going to give Manny hell. Manny is running out of people to fight soon he's going to have no choice but to fight Berto or take the test and fight Mayweather.
Only if the fight that Manny fights allows Shane to be in the fight. If Manny fights Shane the way he fought DLH, Shane literally doesn't even have a punchers chance to me.

Chris-Don't forget that Mosley looks his best against fighters that attack him. Manny is going to get hit a lot in this fight. Can Manny take Mosley's power? Can Manny stop Mosley? I'm going to be watching this shit..

^^ that's how they're selling the fight. Mora was there to be hit and Mosley couldn't hurt him at all in their fight. Mosley also does poorly against someone with good footwork and has his entire career. The lone exception was DLH in their first fight when DLH was part fighter/part singer.

He had his moments against Cotto when Cotto was there to be hit, but not only was that like 3+ years ago, he did poorly when Cotto used his footwork.

I can see the fight going to a decision.

Chris-Mora was like 20 lbs heavier then Mosley at fight time. Mora was just to big for Mosley that was a bad match up by Golden Boy. Manny does not have good defense so Mosley is going to hit him in this fight. I want to see how Manny handles hand-speed and real 147lb punching power.

I'll be surprised if Mosley handles the speed of Pacquiao for more than the first few rounds. I don't think Mosley is shot but I do think he’s lost the ability to make adjustments in the ring. He will have a problem pulling the trigger down the stretch just like he did against Mayweather.

Mayweather and Pac are obviously different fighters, but after Mosley rocked Mayweather how did Mayweather reestablish himself? He stood tall put his hands up and walked Mosley down throwing stiff punches. Sure he counterpunched later but he reestablished himself by coming forward and asserting himself (To me this proved that Mayweather would be an incredibly tough challenge for Manny). Against Mosley, Manny will be picking his spots and asserting himself all night. Manny also has heart, he may get rocked or even dropped but I expect him to get up and go back to work.

The problem for Mosley is that if he doesn't get the KO he will not win this fight. His options are limited just like they were against Mayweather.

Good write up-KaliBah

This fight will tell me more about Manny's skill set then Cotto and Maragarito. Manny is going to have to think in the ring against Mosley. I just don't see Manny running over Mosley because of a high workrate. He's going to have to make adjustments in the ring. Plus will the grabbing and holding on the inside have an effect on Manny?

Shane's punches also had ZERO pop on them. 20 lbs heavier or not, he wouldn't have knocked out any decent fighter at that weight with the punches he was throwing. He's lucky he was in there with a feather fisted puncher that night. He was winding up on all his punches and looked like he had nothing.

That's why I said it depends on how Manny fights. Manny gets hit when he wants to get hit for the most part now. Clottey is a really sharp and accurate puncher and hit him at will, but that's not common. If Manny feels something that makes him not want to get punched, he's not going to be hit by shane. Shane also isn't a counter puncher so Manny will be able to rattle off 4+ punches at will

Reports from Shane's camp:

@AlBernstein Al Bernstein
Just interviewed shane M.-said he has had one of best camps, also said he knows Manny attacks in clever manner-using angles.

Shane said even tho Pres Obama visited with Manny "Obama is still my guy, I will still vote for him. I'll meet him-we'll play some. B-ball"

Nazim richardson, shane's trainer said this reminds him of fite he trained hopkins for trinidad-"no one thought b-hop could win that fight"

Yes, old man Mosley is going to win the fight. After getting beat-up by Mayweather and look like crap against Mora I still say Mosley is going to win.

^ That might be so, however Mosley is way past his prime any many dont think he has a chance to win. I'm sure Pac and has camp aren't to worried about Mosley.

Pac vs Mosley being 5 years younger would've being nice! IMO
