but how are you going to pay for them!!!! surely you dont think all prisoners will be released to go to rehab. of course not. thats means the prisons will still be up and running. so then again who is going to pay for the new rehab centers

JUST ANSWER THIS QUESTION AND ONLY THIS QUESTION:WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE REHAB CENTERS ( PROBLY WOULD COST AROUND 1 BILLION DOLLARS)

prisons should be reformed!...shit load of money will be saved and put into the rehad centers.

1/2 of the prison pop.(1million) is in there for drug related matters.
1millions X $40,000 = $40,000,000,000....rough estimate.

2. chicken fighting is cultural for some cultures. it is very popular in latin america and is legal in many places there, it is also of major cultural importance in southern states. it is also very cultural in Asia and in the philipeans and in hawaii and guam
