one of the great benefits of living in idaho(boise area) is cheap rent. nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment $600 a month. washer/dryer included, I pay gas and power. no roaches, ants or any other bugs, since they spray around regularly. manager fixes shit right away.

$2000.00 2bed/2bath Daly Shitty Ca. condo 1000', no back yard, deck like a postage stamp.

But a gated community to keep the skum out and a million fuccing dollar view of SF and the east bay/bay bridge - Priceless!
Yeah we got a few condo's around here that view the city also but fuck 1000-1500 a month, like I said here If I had a co-signer I can get a 250-300k crib for around 1300-1800

one thing were not considering is the cost of living in general. people can have the same job in different states and get paid way different. we should also put the minimum wage in yall states also..

That's it I'm moving! These cali prices are bullshit.
right!?

Big city housing is unreasonable. The good thing is your next to "everything," but I'd rather live on the outside for cheaper and get more while also paying less. $600 can easily get you a nice house in a non-metropolis setting, but $600 in a city like SF is nothing, you'll end up sleeping in the dining room or closet.
