When I was in San Jo I remember had this one place on nancy lane, 1 bedroom/1 bath for $900 (this is 1998 price) Shit was supr small, had to go to bedroom to access bathroom.
When I first got to South Sac, I had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt for $550 (that was the shit) I stayed in the hood tho, the apartments was crazy, Crips on the left side of the apts, and the Damus on the right (real shit)
Then I got a house 4 bedroom, 2 bath for $918, stayed there like 9 years. Then got into it with the landlord.
Now I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with carpeting AND hardwood floors, fat garage with an extra storage/room/closet in the garage. quiet neighborhood in South Sac. Payin $1150, aint mad at all
