Greetings from Texas: I pay $780 for a 2 bedroom townhouse, with back yard and 2 car garage... both rooms are like master bedrooms with walk-in closets and shit.

When i rented in the bay it was hard to find any 1 bedroom out of the hood for less then $900

$2000.00 2bed/2bath Daly Shitty Ca. condo 1000', no back yard, deck like a postage stamp.

But a gated community to keep the skum out and a million fuccing dollar view of SF and the east bay/bay bridge - Priceless!
