Oh yeah and since I moved out here(the North) I pay about 5 to 6 hundred a month on gas...shit is rediculous but all my fam/folks stays in the south area and my kids go to school in east sac...when I stayed in the "P" it was less than half of that...shits fucked!!!

one thing were not considering is the cost of living in general. people can have the same job in different states and get paid way different. we should also put the minimum wage in yall states also..

I been in SAC all my life since 1978 and never felt a earthquake or "ran out of electricity" whatever the fuck that even means. I had it turned off for not paying the bill growing up from time to time but it never just ran out.

It is tragic living here in northern Indiana, its just as lame as u would think it is...but the cost of living makes up for it. I bought a 2 unit duplex (2/1 and 1/1) w a basement, huge back yard, and the next door lot. My mortgage is under $300 mo, my tenant basicly pays the mortgage. Its in the hood...but not the ghetto

400 mo, gets u a decent 2 bedroom apt...600-700 mo, gets a really nice joint out w the white people. $200,000 will buy a dream house here

I plan to move to TX in a yr or so...seems like the best "bang for the buck"
