$810 a month for a 2 bedroom one and a half bathroom rowhouse in East Baltimore. Got a den downstairs too, and decent amount of space.

Right outside the city it's 1,800 a month for some 1 bedroom apartments with no kind of space. In Korea I was payin 500 a month for a 3 bedroom villa with a big ass roof deck. Hella cheap, but I was in the country. Up in seoul my homie pays 2,400 a month for a studio apartment...lol

id like to know some of the square footage of what y'all are paying for, fuck your prices those are outrageous unless y'all are getting alot of room

2300 sq ft 4 bed 3 bath, kitchen, fully finished basement, living room, seperate from kitchen dining room, library (basically 2nd living room i made into computer room), huge laundry room with full size closet. huge ass back yard, smaller front yard. total lot size is over 8000 sq ft, owning...my mortgage is $1200 a month. and the area is an older established neighborhood so all brick house, great area.

Wtf? Do jobs pay more in California or are you guys just broke all the time?
jobs in california do pay better than a lot of other states...however cost of living is higher too..especially in the bay area

it blows me away to hear about some houses outside of california that are damn near mansions for like 100,000....100,000 in the bay get you can get a fixer upper that needs major work ....if your lucky...at 100,000 its typically a bidding war

our square footage is like 700-900....condo

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

we go to the laundromat located conveniently a block away...there is a community laundromat on site...but there typically always in use by the time we get over there...so..

our back yard is a balcony..probably 5x12 in size lol...we have BBQ lol and a little storage closet

front yard is a basically a car port....pisses me off we dont have a garage ...i need a garage

and 1 assigned parking spot under the car port..plus 1 for guest in non covered area....

we dont pay for water or garbage..

used to have free internet ...but our neighbor moved lol

its a nice place....small but the area is good...shopping center/ state park/game stop all 1 block away

we been considering moving into something larger....

I just bought a fully renovated house with all new interior and appliances out here in the Big Raggedy: 2 bedroom, 1 bath and my mortgage is less than $400 a month.

We on some 'Welcome to Cleveland, you can get a house for the price of a used VCR' type shit out here. I'm not mad at it though.
