straight left to the chops was puttin a hurtin' on dlh this fight, good gameplan overall that man freddy roach had his style down to a t imo. pacman was just to much for him.

heres to seeing mayweather come out of retirement to fight pac!

this is what boxing needs, these kinds of fights.

Maywheather wont come out to fight. I guarantee he wants none of the heat pacman brings. He doesnt want to lose that zero in the loss column. That would be a true dream match though. The last 2 pound for pound greats in there prime.

mayweather is a boring fighter. his only real opponents were Zab, Corrales, and Hatton. All the other big names he fought were past their primes. I wish he wouldve fought Margarito. But he was too scared. Something like a pussy.

I though Dela Hoya wouldve went out like a warrior atleast. But DLH is well passed his prime.

DLH got whooped, let's please move on. I hope boxing gained more popularity with this. I am still sticking to the my opinion that this fight should have never happened. I belive it hurt the true boxing media, but brought it back to life at the same time. Even though this mismatch went the other way around it still shouldnt have happened. DLH did a great job and I hope they both made a ton of money.

I think we need a fresh start. Let's have these belt holders stick to their mandatories (which I have always backed), and have these "mega" fights once every 2 years per division....not every other month as the talent pool is gettting diluted.

^^Well with oscar out, there really are no more superfights left. Not for a while anyways. The only real superfight that could happen (in the U.S) is mayweather/pacman. Other then that there isn't anything that could generate this type of interest.

Where's that nortay dummy who thought De La Joto was going to knock Manny out? LOL @ THAT.

He got worked like a bitch...not even close. I didn't have one round that was even remotely close for DLH.

Pacquiao is going to beat the shit out of Ricky Hatton, and I guarantee, if ANYONE ON THIS SITE WANTS TO BET, that if Mayweather would come out to fight Manny, Manny will beat his ass, too.

QUOTE ME.

its time for DLH to hang em up, it was a smart move for his coaches to call it
he coulda got hurt, he wasnt defending shit. well passed his prime, wasnt moving his head or nuttin. i wouldnt wanna c him fight again, its a bit ridiculus, his heart may wanna keep fighting but his body is worn out
