I was thinking the same thing. I just wanted to complete the quest otherwise I would have. But I go to Goodneighbor enough so I always see him and get a few ice cold ones. Would be pretty convenient to have him at Sanctuary Hills though.

Came across a mirelurk king for the first time today. Those things are pretty savage

I played 44hrs in 3 days then haven't played since lol damn... I haven't even talked to Piper after arriving at diamond city. I think i haven't even really began the main quest. Need to find the motivation to keep playing

Anyone go into the fish packing factory? Sooo much aluminum from those trays that are everywhere. I have that perk that makes components taggable and the items glow that have those components and that place is glowing everywhere

Anyway it's an excellent place for aluminum if you're looking to upgrade your power armor pieces

I think the longest quest ive done is some drug quest where i was supposed to become a drug runner or something, but i killed everybody then raided some secret drug lab, then killed everybody there. But it was retarded i dont even think i got any caps and there wasnt much to loot in the drug lab. i thought i was going to be able to take it over and have extra caps coming in from chems to my settlements

It was supposed to be a drug deal for 1000 caps or something. Some hostage killed one guy then the other said "lets split it 50/50, 500 for you and me" and I said "Fuck that I want 70/30" and he was like "MAN IM NOT GOING TO BE BULLIED FUCK THIS!" and attacked me even though i was wearing power armor and just blew off a buncha limbs with a shotgun lol. No one had any caps on them i didnt even get anything

Just looked it up. It appears you failed the 70/30 speech check, that's why it didn't work. You can do 50/50 easy, or 70/30 by passing speech check. There apparently is a Hard option for convincing dude to walk away empty handed and you take 100%. Should have quick saved breh! I always do before answering a question.

lol I know but I'm being a weirdo this playthrough... no re-loads for failed quests / speech checks. I've been quicksaving a lot but that's just because I have PTSD from Fallout New Vegas and FO3 crashes and losing progress lol

Yeah I've been quick saving out of habit from fo3/nv too, but it comes in handy if u unexpectedly die, like after a quick travel. That's annoying to have to go through a load screen then quick travel again promoting another quick travel.

I also had one mission glitch, where something was supposed to prompt but never did, reloaded last save and it worked fine.

Oh yeah btw, remember that video you posted where u can apparently go up walls by holding on too an item? Yesterday I was at a part where I had to get to the top of the building, I cleared out ever raider, looked forever on how to get up couldn't figure it out. So I'm thinking game glitched, damn it. So I'm trying to figure out something and decide, fuck it, gonna see if that Butcher video worked. Sure enough I get to the top of the building using this method, quickly do what I'm supposed to do. And then I see it. A fucking elevator. Lol completely missed it in the 30 minutes I wasted searching for a way up
