Still doesn't sound like much of a prophecy.

When its written hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus I would call it a very good and acurate prophecy. It proves that that prophecy was correct. I have no proof that Jesus was born in betlehem aside from the scriptures, you I guess won't take them as proof. But as to the fact that Jesus was born (or ever lived which I guess is what you're looking for, because if he was never born and just appeared then that would give the theist an edge) look into Tacitus.
It can't be the "truth" without undeniable proof. Prove it to me, and I will believe you.
Some people in this thread seem to take their own personal beliefs as the absolute truth...On both sides, but the side with less evidence for it is Christianity. We've got people not wanting to reply because they can't refute what someone said even though they argued it so much in another thread. I just don't get how people say it's the "truth" just because they read it and believed it. But the thing I'm realizing is that different shit proves stuff to different people. Those people I guess just haven't come to realize their "proof" is a bunch of crap-ola.

I asked for the prophecies over and over. NO ONE would post them. I had to waste my precious time looking that bullshit up. I could have spent my time learning about science, something that can actually help humanity, something that actually EXISTS, but no, I foolishly flushed hours of my time down the toilet just so I can prove to everybody how freakin retarded these prophecies are.

What is empirical evidence? Empirical evidence is:
-Evidence that can be independently verified through objective means.
-Evidence that can be independently verified by anyone who chooses to do so.
-Evidence that exists of its own accord regardless of one's belief in it or not.
In short, the only kind of evidence that is valid is evidence that is empirically gathered. This requires using the scientific method to gather this evidence. Here is a brief introduction to the scientific method for those of you who don't know what that is.

This is always one of the last resorts of the theist. "How do you know _______? How do you know you are here?
