jesus please enlighten this hopeless idiot.
IF thoughts are not physical then are they magical? Please tell me what your body physically does in order for a single thought to be created. (hint: it involves neurons, chemical reactions, physical changes, dendrites, a nucleus, an axon, schwaan cells, myelin sheets, nodes, axon terminals, impulses, motor neurons, ions, the CNS, SNS, and the PNS) When you know what it takes just to think, feel, see, etc you will have a hard time believing a thought is not physical.
As for heat: heat is how fast the molecules inside an object are moving. The speeds range from Absolute zero ( 0 degress Kelvin) to degrees which we might have not yet recorded, progressively the faster the speed of the molecules the higher the heat.
#1 Gee thanks for the hint. Your a retard. Actually your describing and action potential guy. If you want to describe thoughts in terms of integration of action potentials this is much easier to debated the example of the symphony is then a physical manifestation of the body in this case neurological ion seperation. This level of order is many magnitudes less than the order embodied in the environment which supports the organism in question. I hope you know that you are arguing for a biological perpetual motion machine which I think maybe you can understand is impossible? What do you know about the embryology of neurobiology and the creation of neurons? are neurons spontainiously manifested by god or the result of protien/lipid synthesis driven by energy obtained from the breakdown of complex molecules. Do you realize you have trapped yourself? Its funny how I can watch your thought process playing out in the future of this conversation maybe I am defying the 2nd law of thermodynamics right now? LOL This conversation is equivilant to me arguing with a judge about my rights under the law.
Heat is the eventual release of the energy in the bonds that bind. Do complex molecules of wood ever spontainiously manifest above a campfire?
