I don't know why you'd want Love, seriously...but that's just me. I think he's going to be a bust. He was very solid in college, but I do not know how he'll match up against the PF or C in the NBA.

In fact, I think I do: He won't.

A 13th draft pick isn't a pick to waste on an iffy backup to Aldridge. Get a quality player to add to the talent already there. A PG, maybe?

I'd take Augustine...he'll be a better player than Love, IMO. I just cannot sell myself on Love. Maybe if I'd seen him play longer...but Augustine will be a solid player for years. No superstar...but the Blazers have (potentially) a couple already, and Augustine would fit pretty well.

Well at 6'9" with below average athleticism he wont be playing C at all. he'd be strictly a PF, but a strong PF not afraid to bang in the paint and if needed has range extending to the 3pt line. I envision him as a stronger Carlos Boozer with a better jump shot. that said, i don't know that I would necessarily want him, cause there's not really a big need for him, but I would have a hard time being upset about getting him.

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

A ''stronger CARLOS BOOZER"...I would NEVER expect that comparison.

Boozer would bench press Love 49 times with his thumbs. LOL!

Picture Love playing in the paint against Stoudamire, Garnett, Boozer, Gasol, etc...he'd get eaten alive. I'm just saying...use that pick on a (potential) starter...not a 'blah' (possible) backup.

I like Augustin, but his lack of size/strength is probably always going to be a problem for him. I do like his ability to run a team on the offensive end but although he fills a need at pg, he is probably going to always be a defensive liability which in a Western Conference that will boast Chris Paul and Deron Williams for the next 10+ years is going to be a big problem. I'd rather get Westbrook as he is a lockdown defender and showed that he was very capable of running the point when Darren Collision went out due to injury. I DO want to get one of the pgs in this draft though. Augustin would be nice, I just think Westbrook would be the better option. Especially with Nate McMillan running the show because He was a great defensive minded pg and could help Westbrook realize his potential probably more than any other coach.

I just don't see Westbrook being there at 13.

It might be a reach, but what about Brandon Rush? I like his ability on offense, and he's a very good defender.

Ty Lawson is a good, quality PG, but his size (5' 11") could hurt him.

Don't get me wrong, he'll never have the physiqur of Boozer, but his strength is definitely there and he'll continue to grow much stronger as he is only 19. And like I said, I probably wouldn't draft him there, but I wouldn't be mad about it either.

Isnt Rush a 2 guard? We're pretty set at that position with Roy and Fernandez (European MVP) coming over next year. Ty lawson is good, but yeah, his size hurts him plus I don't think I'd take him at #13. I'd rather grab Batum and stash him overseas until he's ready for the NBA or take Anthony Randolph if he's still on the board.

He's a combo guard, listed at 6' 6'', 210 lbs.

I just found out his brother is Kareem Rush.

:ermm:

I liked him as a player...what happened to him??? Let me go find out...

I hear Seattle's pick is going to be on the block. I wonder if there's a way we could move up and get their pick. 2 of Eric Gordon, Jarryd Bayless and OJ Mayo will be available there.
