^^^I was thinking the same thing. I saw an idea posted on another board that had us trading up to draft DeAndre Jordan to take over our backup C spot and then packaging Joel and change (Jack,Fyre,picks,cash) for Devin Harris. I like what Joel brings to the team but I cant say that I'd be disappointed with something like that.
yeah I hear ya, but IMO, we have to hang on to joel, pryz backin up oden is something special, teams won't get a break from a strong defensive center, which would be amazing. the one player I see us takin at 13, if he falls to us, is Westbrook from UCLA, I really like his game... But I don't like the idea of us gettin any younger unless its with getting Rose...
To tell you the truth, I have no idea what KP has up his sleeve this off season, there is so much speculation on what we are gonna do, all I know is I have all the faith in the world in whatever KP decides to do.

the thing is, with everyone we thought was trade bait from our squad, has played hella strong to finish the season out(jack and Frye) sergio might still be on the way out tho.... but frye and jack have definitly left us with something to think about.... wish channing woulda played like he has the last week and half all season
I think Frye will be ok. He wants to be here and he knows its not gonna be handed to him, especially when backup role players are going to be flocking to us next year and especially in 09. Jack has played well and if he can continue to play the way he has of late, I'm all for keeping him (unless he is the price of an elite starting pg who will remain nameless).

exactly, jack is worth keeping if you can't get anything better in return, which I think the only thing worth trading him for which we could get something better in return is devin harris, because the GM of the Nets thinks really, really high of jack, other then that don't trade him unless it means harris or moving up in the draft.
