Its days like today (minus the overcast and drizzle) that inspired me to start this thread. A big FUCK YOU to all bosses, managers, couriers, loan officers, clients with attitudes who have FUCKED UP credit and think the don't, telemarketers, and, one time only, lets throw HUSBANDS on the list.


At least I am loaded, I got a 24 oz coffee and a 1/4 lb. big bite (Don't ya love it Kalyn..mmmmmmmm!!!) and I am ret to take my ass to the office....Be back in 12 minutes.

Problems, problems, PROBLEMS!! Everything at work is a problem or a fuckin issue right now....loans being underfunded, clients who have $250,000 in the bank and are arguing with me over paying off a $662 fuckin collection, rate locks about to expire and I can't get my last prior to doc condition becuase the clients corporate office is in fuckin NEW ORLEANS....Imagine that! and the underwriter has NO sympathy and won't let me extend the lock....Lets pray the market gets better and I can relock it!!

So enough loan babble...I'm loaded..Is it lunchtime yet?
