no were not pryor is going to be one shitty nfl qb and personally i dont want him on the raiders
And what do we have now a savior in jason cambell?...We need to get pryor why the hell not..Just give him a chance, what do we have 2 lose...He ran a 4.41 40 at his pro day in pit.....For Al Davis thats good enough to pick him up.....Pryor is still really young in the head...once he matures who knows...Al needs a black back up qb..LOL...He kept Vince Evans around for eternity...

Plus with how are offense was moving last night...WHich wasnt bad...Adding a qb with some mobility wouldnt hurt at all....

What more do you want frm our starting d Joey? We gave up zero points. Yeah we need to resolve our run d issue but it's more of the same tackling issues especially with huff. Overall our d wasn't that bad. Our corners are going to need help, but I'm confident in our line to cause some bad throws to help our corners.

As far as offense, we were without 3 of our best weapons from last year ( miller, run dmc and ford) once Campbell gets confidence in boss he'll start throwing to him more. I was impressed with the two catches dhb had. Yeah it was just Two caches lol But they weren't easy by any means. Our o-line held up good at times but gave way at others, not bad at all.

My only concern in McClain. He needs to be a beast this year, not average or above average , but a beast. I hope he has it in him.

Also I liked the fire Bruce Campbell came out with when he got his chance to play. He is a big fast man I hope he learns to play at a high level, I read reports that Jackson wants him to start

What more do I want from our starting D...How bout some corners. We gave up zero points but let the 49ers get what was it 6 or 7 first downs on the opening drive...Especially that 3 and 8 or 11 when vernon davis made the catch to continue the drive...That average at best 49er offense did what they wanted to our defense on that opening drive....

How many more times will someone fumble a snap on a field goal...It dosent happen much...

If you take a look at our scheduale we will be facing throwing teams or teams with multiple talents at wide out....Plax, santonio, ocho cinco, brandon marshall, greg jennings, calvin jhonson, andre jhonson, floyd and jackson with gates, dewayne bowe,....Who is gonna guard these people?

I think our corners did alright yesterday. That catch Edwards made was a helm of a catch, good coverage just a better catch. I think the Davis catch was on a lb but I'm not to sure. Im not too worried about our corners, because as long as our d line does what it's supposed to do, disrupt the passer and get them out of thEir rhythm, we should be alright on D. What concerned me more was our LBs. It seemed like it was either our corners or linemen makkin tackles. But regardless, we would have only gave up 3 points if it wasnt for that bad snap. 3 points in 2 quarters is decent although it was against the niners

Now my other concern is with our redzone offense. We need to finish. Bring back Wheatley or crocket lol

Doesn't it concern you that you're basing you're seasons success on a bunch of if's... If they can do this... If the line can do that....that goes for the niners as well...

You could say that about any team. If Tom Brady does good the pats do. If manning comes back sharp the colts do good. Nothing is for sure inthis game

@CorkOnTheNFL Steve Corkran Terrelle Pryor graded high by Raiders in just about every category except as quarterback. Viewed as possessing outstanding athletic talent.

Per Rotoworld:http://rotoworld.com/headlines/nfl/2...th-knee-injury
Raiders TE Kevin Boss is "week to week" after suffering a sprained knee in Saturday's game. The description indicates the likelihood of a sprained MCL, which requires a 2-6 week recovery timetable depending on the severity of the tear. Boss is just a low-end TE2 even when healthy. Coming off a knee sprain, he should be taken off fantasy cheat sheets.

If I've heard a common theme about the AFC West this season during the course of my camp travels it's this: No one outside of Oakland is unhappy to have ex-Raiders head coach Tom Cable out of the division. The Raiders played hard for Cable last season, going 6-0 in the division and finishing with Oakland's first non-losing record since its 2002 Super Bowl season."The Raiders were a tough team last year,'' one AFC West source said. "You got beat up coming out of that game. Cable had those guys playing hard for him, and nobody's sorry to see him go. Why Al Davis got rid of him after that team made so much progress, nobody understands.''As for new Raiders head coach Hue Jackson, the team's former offensive coordinator, let's just say there's very divided opinion around the league when it comes to him. Some view him as a strong motivator, and others consider him something of a manipulator and self-promoter. I know this to be true: When Jackson left his gig as Ravens quarterbacks coach after the 2009 season, joining Oakland as its offensive coordinator, Baltimore and head coach John Harbaugh didn't mind seeing him go in the least.-Don Banks of SI.com

something about campbell not getting the ball to that wide open receiver in the endzone.. idk about campbell.. i hope im wrong.
You beat me to it.... how in the world did not throw that ball? The TE was wide open for a minute and Campbell's sorry as didn't even throw it... I hate to say it but JaMarcus Russell would've made that throw....

Campbell sucks man. He won't lose us games but he won't win us games either.

JC is beginning to worry me... he looks slow and takes too long to get rid of the damn ball.... Boss was wide open, you or I could have made that throw.
He should have tried to make that throw, but throwing across your body is not an easy thing. Especially for a right handed QB rolling to his left. Boss wasn't wide open but JC could have put it up towards the back of the end zone to give Boss a chance to make a play. No biggie, it is preseason. Next time he will make that pass. JC is going to be just fine.

Trade the names boss for Davis and jc for smith and your post will look familiar.... Get over it bro, Campbell is no better than smith....

Qb's poised to make a playoff and pro bowl push make that throw in there sleep...
