actually the thread was started in the Killa Valley forum and then again here later.......but damn i didnt know ms started sum shit like this, its a war up in dis bitch.............but as far as me, the KVE CEO, i do have a 2 yrs Degree (AA) in Business Administration. with a small minor in Accounting, would have agot a 4 yr CPA but started doing the label full time.......got bout 169 unitz in college.....went for a few yrs, just playing with school, seeing whut i wanted ta do, starting many majors, about 5 different ones before i landed this one, but i learned alot in many field, with a GPA of 3.8 not bad for so many unitz fuck a couple B's fucked me up, but thats the good side, i never went ta high school, cheated ta get my high school diploma, but in the streets i eraned many stripes, and one was being a born hustler......most, about 85% of artist have no hustle, have no will power ta even rum whut the want to run, most dont even have a life away from they girls house, they moms house, they familys house, cuz they worthless, sum know this and admit it, sum know and deny it, but the ones that do sumin about it is the ones that can work for sumone, or for them self as long as they getting they fair share, i dont run my label ta have control, i do it cuz its fun, and i like ta be doing thangz, if i aint doing this i will be doing sumin else so this is just business to me, its all the same........rather i am selling weed, tires, spoonz, rubbers, the formula is the same, if u will, the language is the same, BUSINESS & NUMBERS (Money)<~~~~both are universal in this world where ever u go. Damn Gambeno u fucked this post up huh....lol.......damn.......Real labels 10%, talent 75% (estimates) seems as though the label has a better chance ta reboung than the artist does, but i guess it depends whut % ur coming from.........KVE we one of the top labels out this way..i aint cocky, but that the truth, the label made us whut we r, never no artist, we mad ethe artist whut they r .........and we still doing it..........YOU TALK BOUT IT, WE WILL KEEP DOING IT!

@Doofy.......I think MS started this thread in here because he knew I would relate to his frustration and from the sounds of it.....is going through some of the same bullshit I've been through. I'm sure he didn't think it would go for this long......but I know this for sure.......ALOT of us that run these indie labels are gettin' bad raps (lol....no pun intended) because of dumbass artists who don't understand the game.
That's the bottom line here.......most artists don't understand "the business" or business in general. And when things don't go their way.....they start trippin' thinkin' that they are gettin' fucked over. But in reality......we're the ones who are really losin'......our money......and our sanity.

so as a tandem it makes it less stressful and we have double the manpower and double the will power whenever we need and / or want something done.

I never assume my thoughts and comments were in general, no towards no person or personz, but in a general form homie......if u know sumin coo, u get 2 cookies, if u dont know nothing gemmie back my cookies............lol........but anyways.......in the end ppls just need ta know how ta walk , before they try ta Run!

Its all about perception, and some people SERIOUSLY do not know and understand what the word means, and if you dont, i would encourage EVERYONE to look it up and THOROUGHLY understand it.
Perception (along with Charisma) is what separates con artists from lawyers, basically...without it/them, you're just another face in the crowd, and at best, a temporary circumstance-dependent puppet.
