Not necessarily. It was at a supermarket which is a public place and if something was going down like that in a supermarket the people that work there are gonna call the cops. Damn near everybody knows who Suge is so one of those employees or witnesses could have told the police it was Suge. Not saying that's how it went down but it's a likely scenario.

I wouldn't be surprised if this ended up not even involving Suge at all. He's not the greatest human being to walk this earth but he gets accused of a lot of false shit by the media. For example, he was somehow implicated in a lawsuit that had to with Big Lurch's murder case at one point and we all know that he had zero involvement.
