Kiffin didn't inherit a great team, i mean the Raiders basically have had the same problem the last 4 seasons a wack qb. the o-line has been weak i mean naturally when the offense is not producing shit the defense breaks down. Kiffin needs 2 more years at least. Basically theres a reason that theres offensive, defensive, and special teams coordinators.

The defense will be fine with some improvements on the D-line and and a quality SS. Atliest I can confidently say we have players on defense to build around(Morrison, Aso, Howard, Burgess). The offense needs a complete overhaul. Only players that are currently playing on offense that are worth keeping are Curry and maybe Fargas and Carlisle.

ss? we got huff if he aint better next year then we get a new one its been stuart schweigert who we need to replace at fs, i would like to see johnnie lee higgins in at the number 2 receiver and curry at 1st

I agree... Huff is looking like a bust. Maybe he's playing out of position. Give him a try at FS to see if he make the tackles that garbage Stu always seems to miss.

I don't hate Kiffin but judging from what I saw during the season he doesn't have what it takes to lead this franchise to be winners. I guess Al and I see eye to eye. So it's time for Lame Kiffin to move on. Plus his play calling would get predictable! 4 and 2 and he would continue to call pop warner like sweeps.

if he was such a beast we wouldnt need to worry about gettin a replacement for his ass

and i dont know how much longer kiffin's contract is but if its up in the next few seasons i dont see him staying only reason why he stayin now cuz we had a bad season i dont think any nfl owner would let him be head coach after just one bad season maybe college but not in the nfl

And Kiffin's play calling was predictable and very boring... we had a sellout crowd and he didn't even take shots down the field to win the game. Run, run, pass... all day. Is that how you do a sellout crowd? My patience is running very, very thin with Kiffin. I am beginning to think he wasn't the right hire for the job. He needs to learn how to coach to win ball games man.
