That's why Tom got demoted in week 11. Al probably called the shot because dumb ass Art Shell was going to keep sticking with him even though his QB's were getting killed in his system. Naaaa Al won't fuck around with a bum like Tom Walsh. He can take his ass back to Idaho and hook up some hash browns and eggs.
You pay a guy that much money let him go on the field and produce. I wouldn't pay a Qb millions to sit and learn. You're acting like Russell will be playing under Art's system.... Art is gone! No more 6,7,8 sack games. Who ever Al Davis hires will have his work cut out but that's the challenge of becoming a head coach. I'd be worried about the o-line of Art was still coaching but he's not. The new coach will come in and take care of the o-line.

Homie, I watch college football religiously, in case you didnt notice the threads i made every week when it was football season. I also have been watching the NFL combine the last few years, and then i top it off by watching (or attemtping to) all 7 rounds of the NFL draft.
Again, he has a strong arm, pocket awareness, and a nice touch pass on his throws. HE IS STILL IN COLLEGE. What part of that statement is flying over your head?

If you watch all this college football, combine coverage, etc... you should have at least a prediction on who the Raiders might draft.
