8,000 people at the weigh in (6,000 got in, 2,000 turned away). That's pretty impressive for a weigh in which is only a few minutes long

weigh-ins have definitely generated more interest in the last few years. Pac fans and Hatton fans seem to show up the most to these but either way, great turn out for a freakin weigh in. I think a lot of it is people looking to be a part of the fight somehow so I figured a lot of LV residents come check it out whether they're going to the fight or not. If I lived in Vegas, I'd go to one if I had the day off so I can't blame them.
