^^ a lot of fighters could land a punch if they're throwing as hard as they possibly can because they know they're going to lose if they don't, those punches are rare and every more rarely landed. I'm talking about fighters who regularly land those types of punches.

Guys like Kendall Holt are somewhat of an enigma though. Don't have a ton of knockouts but still appear to be really hard punchers. Almost like they're content to tone it way down most of the time for some reason

http://www.jailbase.com/en/arrested/fl-mdc/2011-05-01/erislandy-lara-zantaya-110030317

same age, height, weight.

on wikipedia his full name is listed as Erislandy Lara Santoya, on that jail website the person arrested is ERISLANDY LARA ZANTAYA. Seems pretty similar.
That's the boxer Lara.

That's a NSAC boxing card showing everyone's full name with Lara's on it. What the fuck did he do?

Yuriorkis Gamboa Arrested for Domestic Violence

Boxing Champ Busted for Domestic Violence | NBC Miami

By Todd Wright

The man with arguably the fastest hands in boxing has been arrested in Miami and accused of using his skills illegally outside the ring, Miami-Dade police said Thursday.

Yuriorkis Gamboa, 29, was taken to jail this morning and charged with domestic violence after he tried to stop his wife from leaving their Miami-Dade home, an arrest report stated.

According to police, cops got a call at 3:14 a.m. from Dunia Francisco, Gamboa's wife, who was crying.

Francisco was trying to leave the house because she felt Gamboa was cheating on her, she told police. The couple began to argue, when Francisco told Gamboa that she was taking their young son with her, police said.

That's when Gamboa allegedly grabbed his wife's arm and then the back of her neck to stop her, the arrest report stated. Police said she had several scratches and redness on her arms and neck from the incident.

Gamboa admitted to police he tried to stop his wife from taking their son, and he was arrested.

Gamboa is the WBA and IBF featherweight champion and is among the rising stars in boxing. He is 20-0 with 16 knockouts.

The Cuban defector successfully defended his titles last month. Gamboa is known as "the Cyclone of Guantanamo."

Gamboa won the gold medal in the flyweight division in the 2004 Summer Olympics for Cuba before defecting to the U.S.

He now lives and trains out of Miami.
