the way i see it, is that i live in an area that is black, but no is poor. we are all equal in the financial sense. but i have an aunt in chicago, shes white, and she has food stamps and is strugglin really hard to have a good life with her son. but i know kids over here that brag that they get cheaper rent from the government and when they move out they wanna move to the projects cuz its cheaper! these kids have a great life compared to others. and yes i will admit, most of them have fam in prison, but my aunt dont. these kids r livin it up, while my aunt lives from paycheck to paycheck. thats where im comin from when i say every1 struggles. and thanks nefar for the info.

Mcleanhatch it's gonna cost taxpayers even more money if you keep sendin drug addicts to prison, they dont get better in there if anything they get worse...you gotta remember that in prison you can get almost anything that you can get outside the walls, I bet the rate of recovery would be higher if we sent them to in-patient facilities instead and therefore we would be paying less tax money each year.
