That offer has been removed... time to renegotiate a new contract. Floyd deserves the bigger split period especially if his fight vs Ortiz does better than Pacquiao's fight vs Marquez.

I don't think Pacquiao wants any part of Mayweather...

Bob Arum's response to the fight:

http://www.badlefthook.com/2011/9/1...rtiz-ending-knockout-headbutt-bob-arum-quotes

I'm disgusted by what I saw. ... [Ortiz] intentionally headbutted Mayweather. It is inexcusable, but he paid the penalty, which was the deduction of one point. That doesn't excuse unsportsmanlike behavior and throwing a cheap shot like Mayweather did. That's not something Pacquiao would do. That's not something that any of the fighters that I had in the eighties would do, like Leonard, Hearns and Hagler. It's just inexcusable behavior."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pacquiao probably would have been hugging and kissing Ortiz back, he's such a nice guy.

Anyway, Floyd looked good. I see Pacquiao over pricing himself out of the fight so that he doesn't have to face Floyd. He may agree to the drug test but I see Pacquiao finding another way out of the fight.

Just calling it like I see it bruh.... You're just a Floyd hater.... when the fight falls apart you're quick to put the blame on Floyd anyway you can, even when Pacquiao flip flops during the contract negotiations.

I can see it now.... Team Pacquiao is going to over price themselves right out of the fight. Unlimited/random blood tests with no cut off date and a 55 to 45 split and the fight will be made.

Floyd wasn't answering questions thank God my fans thanks to everyone that bought my ppv he should have cut him off sooner. Regardless yelling and cussing out an 80 year old respected person of the sport was just plain classless. Any other sport he'd be suspended or fined or whatever.

No big deal to me just thought it was out of line.
He cut him off before he could finish.

right because he was rambling about stuff that didn't have to do with the questions
He was getting to it. Floyd was right, people pay hard earned money for ppv, for tickets, etc. He was thanking them first and then he was going to answer but Larry cut him off. And tensions were already high, just look at Floyds team member as the interview is conducted. Watch his facial expressions and body language.

Aight short short summary of what I typed earlier

Vargas fight - He isn't the future of boxing. Atleast we hope not. Decision could have gone either way.

Morales fight - He school'd the young kid. Great to see Morales fighting like that again.

Alvarez - He was never effected by Gomez' punches. Looking for the knockout the whole time.

Ortiz - Mayweather.....I lost big amount of respect for Ortiz. Quit fucking apologizing and kissing and box! You already kissed him on the cheek which makes you look like a bitch to begin with, then you want to hug him for the 4th time. Ortiz lost all his momentum in his best part of the whole fight by headbutting Mayweather. What a dumbass move!

As for Mayweather......why sucker punch the kid? You were beating him something serious, you didn't need to do that. This can not be looked at as something Positive for Mayweather. And all his fans walking away thinking Mayweather is still great........for real? What did he show?

All that said.....the sucker punch may be the best thing that happened to Ortiz the whole fight. He avoided being completely embarrassed by Mayweather for 12 rounds or until a knockout.

Mayweather better fight Pacman......or I will call them both bitches. I could give a fuck about records and all that bullshit. Fuck em both if they don't fight.

He contradicts himself all the time. I was the one who posted the vids of him saying that Pac was next (twice) after he said he never said it. I don't think it's a matter of having shit to hide. What I think it is is a matter of giving the appropriate response or buying yourself some time if you want to come up with a good answer. I've seen him throw the "you don't know anything about boxing" line out at a couple of people but with Larry he is wrong. Larry has contributed to the sport of boxing in many ways (Joe Frazier being one of them) so Floyd is wrong when he makes the assumption that one has to have ring experience to share their insight, train fighters, etc. Case in point, and I know its another sport, but Venus and Serena Williams were trained by their father who had no tennis playing experience. They excelled and were number 1 and 2 in the world, so again, one does not have to partake in something to know about it.

Do you think that's appropriate behavior from floyd to lash out and cuss out an old man in front of millions of people on live TV for being cutoff?

Now, I do understand floyd was probably still heated and emotions were still very high, still, it didn't seem right to me and was in poor taste.

No such thing as a sucker punch when the ref gives the verbal and physical command to continue fighting. Keep yourself protected at ALL times. How hard is that to understand? The ref said fight, the guys hands are down, what else are you supposed to do? Have tea and crumpets? Play xbox with the nigga? NO! Knock his fuckin block off!

lol so true!

Cortez kind of fucked it up though, he wasn't very clear about the whole thing, at least not to Ortiz. I fucking hate that guy. They should have had Kenny Bayless who was on the UNDERCARD so he was obviously available that night. It can't be a coincidence that this guy is always involved in some weird ass controversy.
