You know why AP.9 is being looked at? Because he constantly shows face and travels to away games in the industry. You have to be seen in this industry to get noticed, not too many is lookin at the bay but the bay itself. Look at the states next to us, UTAH? KANSAS? Cats gotta get to travelling, that's the conclusion I've come to. We gotta go to them, cuzz the chances of them coming to us is minimal.

Real talk cause just Tuesday I was contacted by a label rep because of the Stay In School video and I know one rep from TVT that's on here and a rep from Interscope I told them about this site when I was in New Mexico and they laugh at a lot of the drama on here but they ask me about certain artist on here also my folkz from the Source and XXL log on here,and we always talk I'm not a hater when they ask about a artist I tell them what I know about there music trust that I bet 2 people from here get signed by the end of the summer as for me keep your eyes peeled to the T.V. from time to time I got some irons in the fire

I've never listened to an AP9 solo...but from the songs I've heard...I don't think he would have commercial appeal, I don't see why majors would be interested. I'd rather see Jacka get picked up. Jacka, Clyde Carson, and Quinn are a good look for the Bay. Ya Boy could be up there too, but all his gun talk got boring real quick.

bingo...this is why the bay is fucked, look at it from a business stand point...your local sales and support is the safety valve. They figure if your album totally is a domestic flop, they will still profit do to local sales. Shit...in the bay sales are non-existent thus no one from the bay will ever get a decent budget. Remember 90% of those signed are expenses for tax purposes!
