How about building up a strong, competitive economy in Mexico, with US help, to create jobs in their own country, and not only rely on drug production/trafficking as their only national cash crops. It seems like a vicious circle to me, because the huge demand for drugs in America is one of the reasons why Mexico is in such a corrupted and violent state to begin with.

If Mexicans were able to put as much effort into building their own functioning and legal economy (providing a humane standard of living) as they put into drug trafficking (which they seem to be real good at), illegal immigration would be no issue anymore, because Mexicans would want to stay and work in Mexico.

Illegal immigrants do help to hurt poorer Americans, but I could never see me agreeing with a government that is wrong, has been wrong, and got their piece of the pie but want to tell others they can't have any.

that my friend is stereotyping... and you accused others of being racist earlier... interesting...

that's completely false... I'm white... and I had a job as a dishwasher before, working with all Mexicans... yeah, but I did it... and I'm a "honkey"

my pops was a cook for years, when I was young... that's what he did for a living to support me and my family back in the day

I know white people that do landscaping...

I can think of more specific examples of people other than Mexicans who do these jobs

maybe YOU don't want to do those jobs... but don't assume all other Black people or all "honkies" (again.... who's racist?) won't do them

as I stated in this thread before... the problem isn't that legal citizens aren't willing to take certain jobs because of the type of work...

the problem is that illegal immigrants do the work for less than what the market is demanding... they drive down the wages and force legal citizens (and that includes ALL races) out of certain jobs

also, allowing illegal immigrants allows employers to treat them unfairly and not compensate them with fair wages... which probably helps to promote discrimination against Mexicans in this country

you've always been cool to be niguardian... but you seem to be coming off as somewhat ignorant on this topic, and it's not cool to call other people racist when you come off as more racist than anyone

I heard that Canadian Biker Gangs (specifically Satan's Choice who had strong connections with the Outlaws) in the 60s and 70s were responsible for human trafficking, drugs, and money flowing into the United States. Yet back then no one argued for closing the Canadian Border. All those Biker Gangs still exist, only most of those members are now H.A. or Bandido's, whatever. If you think Canada isn't bringing crime into America you're crazy. It's only going to increase while you mutherfuckers are scared of mexicans who just want a job. Fucking racist motherfuckers. or are you saying 5% of people in those jobs are anything but Mexican? (it would be irrelevant, because remember we're actually talking about citizens vs. non-citizens... not Mexicans vs. every race besides Mexicans)

I'm interested to see where you pulled that statistic from...

maybe you're right (I highly doubt it) but from my experience, way more than 5% of the people doing those jobs are US citizens... or even non-Mexican for that matter

I'm pretty sure the majority of American's who take those kinds of jobs would rather be doing something else. Most are probably students, or in between jobs, whatever. The difference between the American and the Mexican who takes this kind of job is the American always has something better to look forward to in the near future. For the Mexican, sometimes this is the best they have to look forward to.
