^^I can't believe someone would actually brag about that. smh

S. MARTINEZ VS. M. PACQUIO AT A CATCHWEIGHT

ASAP!
Martinez has said since knocking out Williams that pacquiao is too small for him and it would be a mismatch. Props to Martinez for keeping it real and not simply chasing money. I heard he's looking at Lucien Bute at 168 pounds. Martinez makes it very hard not to like him, he takes challenges. That would be a sick fight. I'd also like to see Martinez vs Dmitry Pirog at 160 to unify (two of the best KO's of the year going at it).

shane mosley tweeted this article as being all legit, very interesting read what golden boy is doing check it out basically trying to cock block him a pacquiao fight lol:

Also, andre berto is a free agent and golden boy supposedly let marquez go on his own to pursue fight with pac. seems to be a three way race right now

Though the Mosley fight would likely be entertaining...I don't see the plus side of fighting and beating Shane. He's looked terrible in 3 out of his last 5 fights.

Berto is young, and quick...but he hasn't fought anyone that would indicate that he wouldn't get his head knocked off by Pacquiao.

Marquez fight makes the most sense. At 140, not 147. Not likely, but 135 for the linear title would be the most impressive.

I agree I have no interest in seeing mosley fight pac either but I find it interesting how golden boy is treating him, some shady shit going on behind closed doors. Add to that how Hopkins threatened to leave not long ago, and so did Marquez (and Winky before that) and one wonders what really goes on over at golden boy.

another thing though in regards to mosley is that it doesn't necessarily have to be pac - mosley also said he's interested in rematching cotto or margarito both top rank guys and golden boy would be fucking those fights up for him as well, so it seems personal, especially how oscar tweeted a few days ago something the lines of "I can't believe how certain fighters forget everything I have done for them!" all mad, then immediately after dan rafael of espn commentated and said that's no way to talk about mosley, oscar replied , "oh I wasn't talking about anyone in particular just woke up that way" haha bunch of emotional drama shit

All roads leads to Mayweather and Manny if you want a pay day. Manny will continue to fight damaged fighters padding his record with all of Top Rank list of shot named fighters. I'm just waiting for Manny to step up and fight someone that's not coming off a bad beating loss. Please Pac-Man fight someone that's coming off a win or maybe even fight a guy in his prime and not on the down side of his career. Fight Berto he's your size, 147lb champion, and undefeated. Marquez at 142 lb. Martinez at 154lb he's the real champion anyway not that bum ass Maragrito.

That would be a perfect fight and it will be a unification bout.... Arum's and Pacman's fans excuses are: Berto is unknown to the boxing world (even though he's a title holder) and Pacman would make more money in terms of PPV buys fighting Shane Mosley since Mosley is a recognized name in boxing and Shane has fans that are hispanic, white, etc....

They're making excuses for avoiding challenging fights. Berto is too dangerous of an opponent for Pacquiao, because he's young, has speed and reflexes.

Bernard Hopkins is right, they're avoiding certain fighters.

what do you mean pacman fans are making excuses? I came in and said what bob arum is thinking ($$$), I told you from the start I favor Berto over Mosley by miles (even though I think it's the easier fight). I don't think any pacquiao fans really want to see mosley fight, at least not on the siccness most everyone that are pac fans are saying marquez or berto.

The hopkins part is funny because a) hopkins comments were meant to lobby a fight for shane mosley and b) berto isn't a slick african american. He has fast hands but his footwork is awful. neither shane or berto are slick. The only guys that are slick right now around pac's weight would be timothy bradley

I loss all respect for Pac-Man fans when they hyped up the Maragrito win, but they still want to discredit Mayweather beating the brakes off Mosley. Manny is the king of dodging and ducking fighters until they take a beating. Berto is way more slicker then Cotto, Cottley, and Maragrito. Berto will be the fastest fighter Manny has ever faced. Plus Berto is not coming off of a bad one-sided beating loss. I'm starting to believe that Khan really was beating Manny up in sparring.

Berto lost against Collazo. Looked ordinary against mini-welterweights Steve Forbes and Juan Urango.

Andre Berto has done NOTHING in his career to show that he'd stand a snowball's chance in hell against a guy on Pac's level.

Wow you act like Pacman is this unstoppable force that has never been beaten before.

Berto is undefeated. If you say Berto lost against Collazo, then you must say Pacman lost against Marquez.

So what if Berto has looked ordinary against certain fighters.

He's still champion, undefeated, and has speed and reflexes.

So go ahead and talk down on Berto like he's not good enough to fight Pacquiao.....

Child please..... Berto is a champ. That should be good enough to fight Pacquiao, since Pacquiao fought Clottey and Margarito. Neither one of those dudes were champ at the time Pacquiao fought them. Berto has to lose a fight first to be good enough to fight Pac huh...

he may be champ but he aint a draw and it would do low numbers
That's funny... Floyd didn't fight certain fighters because of that same reason, yet he's been called a ducker....

And about low numbers.... If Pacquiao is such a huge draw, it shouldn't matter who he's fighting right because he's going to pull numbers regardless.

How did Shane's last fight do on pay per view?
