yes man the problem is from too many progs and apps running that are currently using up your memory and slowing everything down.
download this program called Hijackthis at:

what it will do is it will remove all the shit that are set to start up with your computer, including your progs.
this wont do anything to hurt your pc, and files arent needed to be run at startup, you can run them manualy when u need them.
but because the results are too many for you to manualy check each one, do this first.
run the prog, hit "Do a system scan only" , then when it finished click on "Config" on the bottom right, and you will see on the top there is a check box saying "Mark everything checked after scan", select that, then exit the prog, run it again, hit scan, it will check all the results automatically.
so then hit "Fix Checked", it will remove them all, and then restart your computer.
when ur pc runs, run the scanner again, and restart one more time, and you should be set.
the reason for running scanner again after restart is because some spyware will add themselves back on automatically by having another app running in teh background, so the first scan will remove everytihng it can, the second will remove everything that has a block to it.
this should help you out so much
ok, but remember that hijackthis will remove all checked items from starting up automatically when windows starts.
so if there is something in the list that you know what it is, and want to keep it , just like Zone alarm, then uncheck it so it will remain in the startup list.
also, before you run hijackthis, do Ctrl Alt Delete, and then go to the Processes tab, and look on thebottom where it says Processes: ##

My computer had some weird shit on it about a hard disk driv problem, it said to backup all my data and replace the hard drive disk... it also says something about it not running at normal specifications... what is going on? did I fuck up the hard drive somehow? The pc is working, and I can still save shit.

That means...you should do what it told you, and back up your data A.S.A.P! Something is wrong with your hard drive and your pc is warning you before it gives out. run CHKDSK /F in the command prompt or run it from the start menu. This will check the disk for errors and try to Fix it. You may get an error that says it cant run because the system is in use. Just select Y for yes and it will run CHKDSK the next time your computer starts. But still back your data. How old is your PC?
does anyone have this problem or know how to fix it. whenever i watch a video on a website that is played useing windows media player say for example a video in myspace on someones page it wont let me watch it, it just shows a green square where the video is supposed to be played or if i try to watch a vid in firefox. firefox would freeze and shit so i dunno what happend but can anyone help me thankz
