just bought a grip of healthy food, well at least healthier food than what I'm used to at thy grocery store.
For lunch just hooked up some red potatoes with asparagus, carrots, and squash in a skillet cooked with coconut oil and some turmeric and put that all on top of some brown rice.
Gonna go hard as fuck in the gym and eating cleaner, made it my goal to drop 60lbs. by June 1st. Got 3 full months.
