DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION

I have so much to say about this game. Most of what I have to say is good, and while there are a few cons, the pros outweigh the cons. IMHO, DX:HR is what first person games should be like (minus some of the cons.)

I'll put in a bit more work and post up a review by monday.

I ordered it from Amazon a couple days ago. Played a little at my friends house today.

From what I've played I'm pretty happy I ordered it. Gonna keep me busy for a while.

It has open world city areas and linear levels but when you are on a mission, even the level is like an 'open level' rather than linear

Yeah, especially the 2nd. The first only had a few huge maps you could immerse yourself into and get lost in, like Hong Kong.

For example if you have a mission where you have to infiltrate a terrorist headquarters and steal some shit for example, the whole buildinng will be open for you to explore and get around and do stuff in different ways

Weird, I remember the developers saying there would be a EX Mode including additional levels, weapons, augmentations, etc. Guess that will become DLC then...

Stealth and hacking here. I've upgraded my assault rifle, the magnum and the 10mm but I mainly use the tranq gun and take downs to get by enemies.
