They should have made this 3rd person all the way. Fuck sticking to first person and trying to keep the Deus Ex "feel" (a game I've never played btw.) Do you think Nintendo could have pushed Mario how they did if they kept him in 2d and NEVER added new perspectives and game elements? But for the first person view, I give them credit because at least they didn't make it like 99.99999999999% of the FPS out there that have you walking with your gun drawn at all times looking like a fool.

Reviews are in. So far the metacritic score is 90. Ign gave it a 9, joystiq gave it 4 1/2 out of 5 and gametrailers gave it 8.7 out of 10. Those aren't all the scores, just some I can remember off the top of my dome. Hit metacritic to find the latest and greatest scores. I have a very tight schedule, which is why I haven't been on the board in a minute, but I have the game and may type a review if my schedule permits.

i wanted to play this but all that ducking and cloaking is bs. im not tryin to do that forever.
That's the great thing about this game. If you don't want to do all that ducking and cloaking you don't have to. You can do running and jumping instead. Or talking and hacking. Or shooting and sliding. Or any other way you can think of playing.

Yeah, ignore the achivements or consequences for every action you do, you don't have to be perfect.

Just enjoy the game, I know what you mean because I do the same exact thing. You can just go through and kill everything like any other modern FPS, feel free to mix a little stealth when needed to give you an advantage.
