not too mention any religious authority will tell you that the stories in the old testament are made up to help explain things and not to be taken literally......

someone pick on my statements !!!!!
As you wish comrade.

But, there isnt much to pick on.

You said the following;

"becuase i really dont believe life was an acciendent, i believe we were created.

Why do you believe we were created? Is there some type of religious source that made you believe this, or have you came to this conclusion on your own?

and,

"define our God? hmmm God is what created us, everthing, God is no person, no object, God is the Superme Being, the Hightest!"

If god is no person, no object, but yet he is the "superime being?"

Define "Superime being"

If god created us and everything, then you do agree that god is responsible for hate, rape, murder, war, greed, George Bush, etc.?

I've picked up a bible. I didnt find anything inside but contradictions, lies, and some interesting myths.

Hmmm, I wouldnt suggest someone to study the bibles history if I were you. What they may find is evidence that supports the Atheist. Remember, MANY parts of the bible have been found in other religions that were HUNDREDS and even THOUSANDS of years before Jesus or the bible.
I've yet to find any lies and contradictions in the bible.
But I tell you where I do find lies and contradictions, in a non-believers' arguments regarding the bible.

the whole idea of someone being religious is that they are blindly faithful to something they have no proof of
Do you have proof that God doesn't exist? No. So in other words, you have faith that God doesn't exist. And in other words, your post is hypocritical.

why do i believe we were created? becuase we are too complex to have just came about of nothing, i mean look around you, earth, planet, space, time. came about of nothing? then life?
how did life came about of nothing? that is one thing that sciencist may never know.

no object, no person, just like i told X ... you have to think to exist. the act of thinking is not a object.

"Superme" Being ... (the Greatest in power)

yea, its base on faith, but its the same true for you, you are assuming that we came from nothing, and that when we die we are gone. You are assuming also.

Yes, but I am only asusming with what evidence we have been provided with.

You, or the Theist, believe in something WITHOUT proof or evidence that supports these beliefs.

This type of thinking is irrational.

A scientist only believes in something if it has been proven or if there is supporting evidence to his theory.

A theist is making assumptions without any proof.

P.S.
I'm at work, so I will comment of the rest later.

Hey 2-0,

Grab yourself a copy of "the Holographic Universe".
It's the closest science has come to explain what everyone calls the spirit world.
Read it man, I recommend everyone to read this book.
It will change the way you look at reality....

I've read parts of it on the interent. It didnt seem to interest me much, however, I can pick up a copy so I can give you my opinions.

P.S.
I have read several articles on the net that have critized the book. I will provide links later.

Yeah a lot of scientists do not accept the theory that particles have both a physical and wave form as the Holographic theory suggests. I myself have a hard time believing that since I question the method used to prove that particles have a wave form.
But the thing that's interesting in the book as that it covers a lot of shit that people didn't know. For instance telekinesis, telepathy, remote viewing, and so on. Things that most people didn't even know were possible. It's a fact, it is possible to seperate consciousness from the body. The book covers a lot of this shit but I'll try finding info on some of the people leading the field in this subject.

I'd like to meet with these people.
Maybe they were reffering to the metaphors found in the bible.
I won't know until I talk to them.

So this comes from a biology teacher. No stats can be provided I assume.

All Im saying is that 70% sounds very fishy to me and in reality, cannot be proven.
