^^^just got done chillin with my pops. snapped some pics for proof. he met with an attorney or some shit and said that most of the money was when he was in jail and when your in jail you dont have to pay child support. so the're thinking they can knock it down to like 60K which is still alot but better than 200+k.

who the fuck would lie about something like this? i was honestly trying to get input from people who know about this shit since i have no idea.

yeah they make it higher if you have a job, but if you dont have a job they flatrate it by age and you have to get a job or else debt will happen. atleast thats what they did 20+ years ago.

yeah i know but she was saying unless he did. i mean i couldnt believe it either and it's going up. he said he checked it again and it went up 200 so he had to talk to the bank to put a complete freeze on the account which they did surprisingly.

to all the fellas out here with babies be sure your paying your childsupport lol

If your pops agreed to pay a certain qmount of cs when you were little and never payed,then that shit would have so much fuckin interest added on it..so maybe the amount could be true.

yeah she already got a call about it i guess but they want to wait and see if my pops takes it to court. we want to just give the money back to him but he said not to lol. he's fucked. if he absolutely dont want shit back then we plan on splitting it. but i think after knowing he can face jail time for owing that much he's gonna want it back lol.

Maybe it's a bank worker who took that money out and wrote the letter and is chillin in Brazil now. Prolly did it to a few.

i checked the child support laws and it's legal in the states.

actually yeah thats exactly what's going to happen if my dad doesnt take it to court and get it reduced. my mom never really cared about handouts so never signed up for any help from the govt and never expected my dad to pay shit but the government expected it apparently. according to my dads lawyer the money would go to her/me. my mom never scene a dime of money to help raise me, just her own so this is like karma for her.
