then how the fuck did it happen? fine no1 beleives me, so just stick to my main question. if the government takes money from you from owed child support who sees that money? thats all i wanna know. and if i ever get this money imma post a kavio pic in here for all the doubters lol.

You wouldnt get shit, if the government collects it, its for back support, meaning u wont get a penny, its paying back what he owes

First of all.......sorry about your dad. Sounds like he struggles to keep his head straight.

Second, I don't think I've ever heard of anything like this before. I would call the bank and ask them about it to make sure it's legit and the people who sent the letter. The Government typically waits until you do your taxes before they take your money because that is "guaranteed money", so just when you think your getting a $5000 check, you get a $100 check because the government takes their shit.

Third, the government (I believe) will contact his employer and set up payments if he really owes back child support. Again, "guaranteed money" because he worked for it.


When I got married my chick was on assistance for 5 months. I had to pay back everything through my employer.

^^^thats the thing, my pops never has legit jobs, he's always working under the table. he's never able to get his license because of this shit either. i just think he slipped up and got a bank account and they finally got him for what he owes. i just got off the phone with him so he's gonna bring by the statement. i'll take a pic of it to show ya, shits crazy.

Then there is no way he owes 200k in back child support. They base that on your income. So, unless your father was a pro athlete, this story has more holes in it than swiss cheese. My dad paid my mom $400 in child support a month for 15 years. That doesnt even equal 75k. When did you mom and dad get divorced? When did they settle?
