Chavez looked a bit better in this fight. I remember after his last fight I said that Roch would make him a better boxer if he get's time. I wonder who he will fight next?

To me Chavez can be dangerous if he really learns to box. He looks like he can take a punch or 2. And I know for damn sure he isn't afraid to fight. He threw some serious blows at Manfredo.

His next fight SHOULD be his mandatory, the true middle weight champ sergio Martinez or the WBC said he will be stripped of his title. So i fully expect chavez to be stripped and fight someone else
Obviously if hes going to duck Martinez the biggest fight is Canelo. Hopefully that happens

I couldn't believe HBO dude said that was a bad stoppage!!!!

Chavez already hit him with that right hand something vicious like 10 time already. He wobbled him 2 times before. That is why boxers go brain dead is because refs don't stop fights early enough................but he did make a good point about the last Kirkland fight.

Kermit hasn't looked very good his last couple fights so I'd like to see Canelo get a KO here and make a statement. Kermit if he can find his power again can still be dangerous though.

Since training with Ronnie Shields, Kermit boxes better but doesn't sit down on his punches at all which was his ace in the hole as far as punching power. Hasn't been the same since losing to Margarito the 2nd time either, but still marginally dangerous but I don't expect a good fight here.

Well I was almost right!

Canelo looked impressive again. I don't know if he just hasn't fought anyone with a hard punch or what, but Canelo just doesn't seem threaten by anyone's power he has faced so far!?

Cintron hit him with a couple good shots and Canelo just pounded his chest like "That's all you got?"
