Damn, why is there such a big crusade on here to persuade people not to believe in God? That's eiry, it actually should reinforce the belief of the faithful, because scripture warns about people who do things like that. I'd never try that hard to influence someone else's beliefs unless I thought that it would benefit his/her life. Atheists are the ones with the highest suicide rates, depressed fucks.

Theists see those rates simply because they're not in power imo.. Atheists control everything from education to politics while staying in the background, putting theists in the cross fire. I bet you that forbes list in the other thread is full of atheists, as they tend to be the most wealthy and religious people tend to be on the poor end. Crime/teen pregnancy correlates with poverty and class, not religion. I would like to know why so many Atheists kill themselves though, suicide seems to transcend all classes and incomes. Is it really that they feel life is worthless, even given their pampered lives in comparison to the harder lives of theists? They can't fight through that bullshit, while theists fight through ridicule, crime, and poverty everyday? Something is wrong here, Atheists seem to be intellectually strong (sometimes) but emotionally weak. I don't need that unstable B.S., I'd rather just go ahead and believe, it isn't going to kill me (evidently). Plus the evidence against God isn't very compelling to say the least.

The overwhelming majority of the planet (6 billion +) are religious. Over 3 billion are poor. The belief in a god, or lack there of, has nothing to do with wealth.

Indeed, I hope I see many of you there. I wouldn't mind seeing Comrade talking to God about Communism. haha, Jesus was a Socialist, contrary to what many say. Some say he was a Nationalist or Capitalist HAHA, if any of them were true why did he speak against Governments and why did he preach about Giving what you have to the poor and others. From the "War on terrorism" to stem cell research, a lot of people are fucked up because of religion
OK, I'll let you have your religion as long as it's not doing any harm on me, but it is so I'm gonna fight it
One more thing that's really important - having people around who are taught not to believe anything they see, if it's contradicting their belief, is extremely dangerous
that kind of people has to disappear and for that to happen all religions must be erased from the face of the Earth

I'll tell you why - because religions started to interfere with and even block the progress of science - stem cell research, cloning, gene therapy, all that kind of things and last, but not least - religion started a major offansive against one of the fundamental theories scientific theories - evolution
books like the God Delusion would have never been published by a scientists 50 years ago, only certain philosophers were openly antitheistic

WOW, you post all this info about science and shit as if you're a science Genius but yet can't figure out your own damn question! If a man murdered someone, you guys found out he was a church goer and a self proclaimed Christ Follower, but he didn't kill in God's name, would you still consider him a Murdering Christian? ^^Dont sweat that shit homie. Atheists are really depressing. They have no hope in life because they dont understand that God exists without them believing. They talk of Science, science has been wrong numerous times. Man always thinks he can do it himself. These people think that we just happend. Of it were only that simple. God gave man the concept of science. God has forseen all of this. Even something as small as 2-0 Sixx comments (not trying to hate on you) God saw that before 2-0 was thought of. All will be realized in due time.
