Ok smart ass...You stated "I wasn't watching any video where the man tried to grab their guns, which is why I didn't post anything saying such a thing happened. I did however mention how the guy was grabbing for the clubs."

I'm sorry my choice of words do not meet up to your standards. I was under the assumption that you watched the video not once, but twice. Knowing this I figured you would have seen the guy grabbing the officers club not once, but twice. You knew full well what weapon I was refering to as did anyone else who watched the video, so why not just avoid these posts?
NO, I did not know you were referring to their clubs, I assumed you were talking about their guns...that was the whole fucking point. 2. Has the footage been EDITED in ANY way?
3. Was the victim beat/battered AFTER the cameras were off?
4. Can you believe the reports about drugs being found in the victims system? Have the findings been altered in ANY way to protect those involved?
I don't know the answer to #1. I do know its *possible* for # 2, # 3 and #4 to have occurred. Did it occur? Can't say I wasn't present. Have things like this occurred in the past? YES!
The facts are we have one person DEAD and several others under scrutiny. Will these men get off? SURE! IT'S THE AMERICAN FUCKING WAY!!!!! FUCK UP NIGGERS, BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF THOSE UNLAWFUL COONS AND GET AWAY WITH MURDER!!!! If a cop got away with slamming a mildly retarded boy on a squad card (after he was detained) and fucking him up (after he was detained) what makes you think these guys won't get off?

Then why are you following in his footsteps? You went off on a tangent talking about grabbing guns. I believe a person with enough common sense would realize that when I said "grab his weapon", and after seeing the video of the guy grabbing the police officers baton, would know what I am refering to. I did not want the conversation to go this route, you could have just figured out for yourself what I was refering to rather then bring it to this point.
Your right, he was literally beaten to death. However, your leaving some blanks that desperatley need to be filled. You need to think about whether or not they tried to kill him, or just subdue him and/or defend themselves. Was the consumption of narcotics in anyway affecting his better judgement? With knowledge of these deaths upon black people in Cincinnati, why would someone dope themselves up only to fight one of them? I don't think they needed to use deadly force on this man as far as firearms are concerned, and if you are saying that a club/baton is a deadly weapon (past court cases will show a mans foot can fall under this catagory) then I might disagree with you. The police needed to use some kind of force to control the situation, wrestling the guy is clearly out of the question because of the size difference, even with two cops. What is a humans natural reaction to getting assaulted.. think about it, anyone is going to strike back. Take into account that this man is 400lbs and you certainly can't do it on your own; what do you think those batons are there for, playing stickball on their break time? He made racist remarks towards the cops, refering to them as white boy red necks.
He was highly intoxicated by PCP and COCAINE a lethal combination.
He attacked the cops, striking with big blows, only to miss and wrap one cop into what looked to be a head lock, taking him to the ground.
Now after the cops struggled with him, he never gave up. When both cops were on top of him, he kept fighting them.
The police told him to put his hands behind his back at least 15 times, he never complied.
When they were hitting him with their batons, he never stopped, he only started grabbing the batons to continue his fight.
You know he would have lived, but why defend a white cop, it will just make you a racist white peckerwood like me, ain't that right?
Everyone knows he would have lived if he would have just shut his mouth and put his hands behind his back, but no, lets fight against the white cops, get your ass beat, and then call it racist and excessive force.
As for my posts regarding African Americans, it's quite to the contrary. Almost every post I have made about African Americans is out of concern. I love African Americans just as much as any other nationality, and I would never wish any black man harm. It is the character of many African Americans who are trying to preach through hypocrisy, or those that label a situation racial at the first sign of foul play regardless the circumstances surrounding it. I'm not defending WHITE people, I am defending certain individuals who I believe are getting a bad wrap from the media, society, or just members posting in this forum, I don't make them racial issues, I try to rid the situation of race.
I don't need to defend my position with African Americans. If any black man on this board were to talk to me in person and see the how I live, then would understand. 2. Yes it has on CNN and a few other TV stations where they only show you the tape when the cops are clubbing him but they leave out the part where he is rushing the cop when the cop is telling him to back up, and where he swung on the cop and where he tries to take the club out of the cops hand.
3. i dont think the camera was ever turned off.
4. he had PCP, Methanol, and Cocaine. at least that is what the coroner says.
