Laundry finished; hit the elliptical for 45 minutes, level 5, tried to stay at about 140bpm heart rate, and I'm dead on my feet lol. I don't think im going to move much more for the rest of the night.

Need to buy a new sleeping mask cause i broke the elastic on mine. Also should probably buy some melatonin; desperately need a solid night of recuperative sleep i can't even remember the last time I woke up refreshed

Baseballs a lot slower so you can really see the stress set into the players and the swings of momentum; especially in a championship game. Shit gets pretty brutal edge of your seat sometimes and it sucks to lose

Mariners have probably shaved several years off my life with the constant building up of hope then being let down can't imagine what it'd be like to go through that for decades I'd probably be dead lol
