My food view is so fucked now lol. I'll look at a piece of food like "oh my God that must've been 900 calories" then figure out it was more like 400. It used to be the opposite. "That meal was probably 900, max" shit was like 1500 lol
Meat is especially dangerous. I can't shake this life long ingrained need to eat like 1 - 1.5lb meat at a time. All you need us 1/5th of that tops for an entire day
